Commure launches Patient360 to cut pre-visit prep time for providers
Commure has introduced Patient360, a longitudinal data platform designed to reduce the time providers spend preparing for patient visits. According to the company, clinicians typically spend 10-20 minutes prepping for a 5-10 minute visit, with much of that time spent searching for labs, imaging, and missing documents across multiple screens.

The product was developed after Shailee Samar, Head of Product at Commure, spent weeks shadowing providers in their daily workflows. Patient360 unifies a patient's full clinical history into a single structured view, powering specialty-tailored pre-visit summaries generated by AI.
The announcement positions the tool as a response to documentation inefficiencies observed in real-world clinical settings, with the goal of streamlining pre-visit preparation through consolidated data access.
