VA's Federal EHR Now Live at Four Ohio and Kentucky Medical Centers

In early June 2026, the Department of Veterans Affairs extended its federal electronic health record system to four additional medical facilities. The deployment covers the Cincinnati, Chillicothe, and Dayton VA medical centers in Ohio, and the Cincinnati VA Medical Center–Fort Thomas in Kentucky, affecting more than 107,000 veterans and about 7,200 clinicians and staff.
