Novant Health nears $200M purchase of rural Mount Airy hospital
Novant Health is poised to close its acquisition of a rural Mount Airy, North Carolina hospital by October, according to the Triad Business Journal. The deal includes $130 million paid upfront and an additional $100 million designated for workforce enhancement.
