Amerigroup Georgia Names Dr. Tich Changamire Health Plan President
Wellpoint has appointed Dr. Tich Changamire as health plan President, effective August 12. Dr. Changamire is a board-certified family physician with experience across clinical care, public health, and health plan operations.

He holds a medical degree from the University of Zimbabwe, a Ph.D. in Public Health and Epidemiology from Harvard University, and an MBA from Stanford University. In his new role, he will lead strategic initiatives for the Georgia health plan.
