Kaiser Permanente names Cortney Eisses regional president in Colorado

Cortney Eisses, BSN, RN, has been appointed regional president of Kaiser Permanente in Colorado, effective after leading the region on an interim basis since February, according to an Aug. 11 health system news release. She joined the organization in 2003 and has held nursing and leadership roles in Colorado, including vice president of hospital and post-acute care in 2022.

Eisses steps into the role as Kaiser Permanente continues investing in Colorado through new medical offices, an expanded hospital network, and additional care options, the release said. Craig Albanese, MD, president of integrated care and coverage, praised her experience across care delivery and operations and her commitment to members, patients, and communities.

Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente, founded in 1945, serves 12.9 million members in nine states and Washington, D.C.
