Kolman spent nearly two decades at Lafayette Regional Health Center in Lexington, Mo., where he held executive leadership roles including CEO and CFO. He also held executive leadership positions within regional health systems.
The appointment comes as the hospital continues implementing an operational stabilization plan focused on strengthening its financial position while preserving local access to healthcare.
