Temple Health CIO Debbie Cancilla retires; Vinay Bharel named interim CIO
Debbie Cancilla has retired as executive vice president of data strategy and CIO of Philadelphia-based Temple University Health System, according to Becker's Hospital Review.

Vinay Bharel, senior vice president of information systems operations, now serves as interim CIO. Cancilla joined the six-hospital academic system in 2020 and previously held leadership roles at Atlantic Health, UPMC Pinnacle, Grady Health System, and Erie County Medical Center Corp.
