Med-Metrix to Acquire CanAide, Marking Second Deal in a Week
Revenue cycle management (RCM) platform Med-Metrix, LLC has signed a definitive agreement to acquire CanAide, Inc., a company specializing in front-end automation. According to a June 11, 2026 report from HIT Consultant, CanAide is being acquired from HCAP Partners.

The deal marks the second acquisition agreement for Med-Metrix within a single week. The announcement followed the company's acquisition of Health Catalyst’s mid-revenue cycle software business for $147 million.
