Moses Cone Hospital Appoints Tammy Caviness as Chief Nursing Officer
Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, N.C., named Tammy Caviness, DNP, as chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care services, according to a Sept. 10 announcement. The hospital is the flagship and largest facility within the Cone Health system.

In her new role, Dr. Caviness will oversee nursing and patient care operations. She has more than 25 years of healthcare experience and has been with Cone Health since 2009. Her prior positions include associate CNO at Moses Cone Hospital and interim CNO at Annie Penn Hospital.
