WinnMed CNO Kathy Moritz to retire Nov. 25 after 36-year nursing career
Kathy Moritz, MSN, RN, chief nursing officer at WinnMed in Decorah, Iowa, is set to retire on Nov. 25, according to Decorah News. She has spent nine years as the hospital's CNO within a 36-year nursing career.
