Bergen New Bridge Medical Center names Karine Austin chief nursing officer
Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, based in Paramus, N.J., has named Karine Austin, DNP, RN, as its chief nursing officer, according to a Sept. 9 hospital Facebook post cited by Becker's Hospital Review.

Austin will set the strategic direction for nursing and work on care delivery model innovation, the hospital said. She most recently served as deputy chief nursing officer at NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens in New York City.
