Mount Sinai names Adam Mayer SVP, chief of financial operations
Mount Sinai Health System has named Adam Mayer senior vice president and chief of financial operations, according to a Sept. 27 LinkedIn post cited by Becker's Hospital Review. The New York City-based system announced the appointment in late September 2026.

Mayer previously served as CFO of community physicians at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, per his LinkedIn page. He also held the role of associate system CFO at MUSC.
The move places Mayer in a senior finance leadership position at Mount Sinai as the system's financial operations chief.
