Ascension Saint Thomas names Jeremy Mercer VP of joint ventures
Jeremy Mercer was named vice president of joint ventures and chief integration officer at Ascension Saint Thomas in Nashville, Tenn., according to a Sept. 28 LinkedIn post cited by Becker's Hospital Review.

Mercer previously served as vice president of public sector growth at Optum Health, and also held a role as vice president of government growth strategy and proposals at Optum Behavioral Health, per his LinkedIn page.
In the post, Mercer said he looked forward to helping strengthen partnerships and connecting strategy to execution across Ascension Saint Thomas.
